In Y5A, we enjoyed reading The Noisy Paint Box.
We generated many questions stimulated by the text.
Here are just a few:
What would you do if you were asked to believe in something which you didn’t?
Why do people insist that everyone is the same?
Why does the paint box whisper?
Should you give up what you believe in?
The question which we decided to discuss was; What inspires others to follow their beliefs?
As you can see the children worked collaboratively to further their discussions.
The children discussed that it was because of people’s wishes to continue their ideas into the future.
That is was about encouragement by others.
Also, that it was based on people’s resilience in wanting to achieve.
Well Done 5A. I am so proud of the way you listened to the story and how you thought about the questions we considered, from the story. Mrs Angus.

I should never give up what I believe in because if you believe in something for a long time then give up it wouldn’t come true anymore.
